Eligible items may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
Returned merchandise must meet the applicable eligibility requirements, including requirements concerning condition, use, packaging, and prior return authorization.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings that have been tried on or worn are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Freshwater pearl variations in shape, surface, color, texture, and luster that occur naturally are not considered product defects.
Please do not send any item back to us without first receiving return authorization and return instructions.
